BAKE.LTD / PROJECT TERMS

Terms of Service.

Last updated: October 2, 2026

01 / Services and project scope

Services may include web design, web development, scripting, automation, domain and DNS setup, and website maintenance. Before work begins, the project scope, deliverables, estimated timeline, included revisions, and fees are agreed in writing. Where a project agreement differs from these general terms, the agreed project terms apply to that project.

02 / Quotes and payment

Prices are quoted for the agreed work. Payment schedules, deposits, currencies, and any applicable additional costs are stated in the quote or project agreement. Domain registration, hosting, licenses, and third-party services are separate costs unless specifically included. Work outside the agreed scope may require a new quote.

03 / Your content and feedback

You are responsible for providing accurate project information, timely feedback, and the materials needed for the build. You must have permission to use the text, images, branding, code, and other materials you supply. Delays in supplying content, access, or approvals may affect the delivery schedule.

04 / Revisions and delivery

The number and type of included revisions are defined in the project agreement. Additional features or substantial changes may affect the price and timeline and will be discussed before proceeding. Final approval and handover arrangements are also agreed for each project.

05 / Ownership and third-party components

Ownership, source-code delivery, and any license rights are defined in the project agreement. Third-party fonts, libraries, assets, hosting, and platforms remain subject to their own licenses and terms. Any transfer of agreed deliverables follows the payment and handover conditions for the project.

06 / Maintenance and external services

Ongoing maintenance, updates, and support are included only where expressly agreed. Third-party outages, platform changes, domain renewals, and hosting costs can affect a live project. Responsibilities for accounts, renewals, backups, and future updates are discussed in the project scope.

07 / Acceptable use

Services may not be used to facilitate phishing, malware, spam, unauthorized access, or other abusive or unlawful activity. If a bake.ltd subdomain is provided, its purpose and continued availability are subject to the agreed conditions. Abuse reports can be sent to abuse@bake.ltd.

08 / Cancellation and project changes

Cancellation, refund arrangements, and payment for work already completed are defined in the project agreement. If you need to pause or cancel a project, contact Bakir promptly so the remaining work and obligations can be reviewed.

09 / Website information

This website introduces available services. Project results, schedules, support commitments, and responsibilities are established in the written project agreement. The visitor IP lookup is informational and its location estimate may be inaccurate or unavailable.
